• Booking fees are available upon request and are tailored to each event based on location, duration, event type and technical requirements.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Booking Confirmation
  The booking date is officially confirmed once a 50% deposit of the agreed fee has been received. In the event of cancellation, 20% of the reservation deposit will be refunded.

• Travel & Transport
  All national and international travel expenses, including flights, trains and ground transportation, must be covered by the promoter/client.

• Accommodation
  For events taking place outside Alicante, hotel accommodation must be provided and covered by the promoter/client.

• Technical Requirements
  Technical and equipment requirements will be agreed with the promoter/client prior to the event, according to the selected performance format and venue.
